The return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Italian Think is responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.
When you return a product, Italian Think issues the refund in the form of a credit with a Gift Card sent to you via email. The Gift Card will be issued within a maximum of 10 days from receipt of the return and will be valid for 2 years.
In the event of a faulty or wrong product, initiate a return request to this email: email@example.com and send the product photos.
We will send you instructions on how to proceed within the business day following your communication.
The cost of shipments depends on the weight and volume of the package, the destination country and the type of courier.
Italian Think ships to 170 countries.
With DHL, depending on the service chosen, the courier will try 3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order.
All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package.
Delivery times depend on the country of delivery and the courier selected. Express courier shipments are delivered within 48 hours of shipment
